Shipping

 

All the ceramics pieces are made and packed from my studio in Toulon (South of France). From the moment you order, your ceramic will be dispatched within 10 business days (Monday - Friday).

Once I shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and tracking number.


Can I return my order ?

It’s okay to change your mind. You have 14 days to return your ceramics (from the moment it arrives in your home). Please send me an email within the 14 days at hellopoppyceramics@gmail.com with the order number and I will make a refund of the piece (without the shipping fees) once it arrives back at my studio. The shipping cost of the return will be at your expense.

To avoid any surprises when receiving your ceramics, please check the size and the contenance in the product description before purchasing an item :)


Do you offer worldwide shipping ?

Yes. You can buy my ceramics from any place in the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Poppy Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Poppy Ceramics is also not responsible for taxes and import duties.

Poppy Ceramics is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to a wrong shipping information being provided at checkout. Poppy Ceramics cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are lost or returned due to an error in the shipping address provided.

What happens if my ceramic arrive broken ?

In the (very rare) case of your order arriving broken, please send me a photo at hellopoppyceramics@gmail.com within the 24 hours following the arriving of your package. If the ceramic is broken I will make a refund of the piece (without the shipping fees).

Poppy Ceramics will not have to refund a broken item that have not been reported within 24 hours.


What happens if my package was returned to sender ?

I will issue a refund. You will then be able to place a new order.


I entered a wrong address, what can I do ?

Do not worry :) Please send me the correct address at hellopoppyceramics@gmail.com within the 24h following your purchase.
