Yes ! All the pieces are made from start to finish in my home studio in a little town of France. I design, shape and hand-paint all the ceramics. Then I fire them twice at more than 1200 degrees. This process takes me about 3 weeks to complete. Each piece is unique. I only create small editions with the same design so you can be sure that you are holding a little unique treasure in your hand.

Due to the nature of the product, it’s normal to see small imperfections on your ceramics, this is what’s make a handmade item so precious and unique.

All the ceramics pieces are made and packed from my studio in the south of France. From the moment you order, your ceramic will be dispatched within 10 business days (Monday - Friday).

I offer worldwide shipping. The cost of the shipping is calculated at checkout.

Once I shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt and tracking number.

It’s okay to change your mind. You have 14 days to return your ceramics (from the moment it arrives in your home). Please send me an email within the 14 days at hellopoppyceramics@gmail.com with the order number and I will make a refund of the piece (without the shipping fees) once it arrives back at my studio. The shipping cost of the return will be at your expense.

Each piece of ceramic is unique and made with the highest quality stoneware. All the pieces are food safe. It’s also microwave safe.

Some pieces are not glazed underneath so I recommend to wash it after use to avoid any stain.
